Outdoor Education
Pine & Ponder Outdoors is located on Treaty 19, also known as the Ajetance Treaty, named after a Chief of the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation. This area, now called Orangeville, Ontario is the Headwaters of the Credit River, known in Anishinaabemowin as the Missinnihe, or “Trusting River.” This land is home to many Indigenous peoples, including the Anishinaabe, Haudenosaunee, Wendat, Petun, Inuit, and Métis. We feel incredibly grateful to observe, learn, be curious, and spend time on this land, and we honour the ongoing relationships and stewardship Indigenous peoples hold with it.
About Our Program

Mission
I inspire connection to nature and place by offering immersive outdoor education workshops. Through exploration and wonder, I empower individuals to deepen their relationship with the natural world, fostering curiosity, resilience, and a lifelong love for learning outside.
Vision
I envision a world where people feel deeply connected to nature and their surroundings where curiosity leads to discovery, and outdoor learning fosters a sense of belonging, wonder, and stewardship for the earth.
